We are primarily an online retail women’s clothing store whose offices are located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex of Texas! Our designs are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Payment for online purchases: We now use Paypal! Please follow the instructions upon completion of your order.

SHIPPING

How will you ship my order and how much will I be charged? $10.00 shipping on orders under $150. All orders over $150 ship free! Orders ship out within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships. Orders should be delivered in about 5-10 business days of purchase. At this time we are only shipping in the U.S.A.

RETURNS

What is the return policy?
We want you to love what you purchase from The Verdant Boutique Royale. If for some reason it’s not right, please let us know. We want you to be 100% satisfied. Returns are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL tags attached. You may return merchandise by mail within 14 days of receipt of purchase. PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges.

 

How do I make a return?
Pack and securely seal the box or package with the merchandise and enclose a copy of your original receipt in the package. Make sure we have all of your information so that we may credit your account accordingly. Send the package insured and prepaid to the following address;

Sorry we do not accept C.O.D. returns. We recommend that you insure the return packages that you send. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.​
